Sun-Thurs (01.11.24-01.03.25)
Our prices are cheapest when booking directly on our website. Please book with us by telephone, E mail or though our website booking system. Booking through other channels is more expensive.
When booking a room you can do so without paying a deposit. Free cancellation can be made up to 7 days before your stay.
After the 7 days, should you wish to cancel, get in touch with us. We can then open the room up for booking again. If we find someone for the room then we would not charge you. If however we were not to fill the room we would ask for a cancellation fee.
As we are a small, family run B and B we can work with our customers to provide exactly what they need. Preparation for a stay can be done by E mail or over the telephone. When you book we will send you some welcome information including places to eat and recommendations. One week before your stay you will then be provided with welcome and check-in information.
Guests can be greeted by Dave or Lynette at a specific time. Alternatively, guests can use the coded key safe to gain access to the bed and breakfast and to their room. Check in is normally from 2pm.
The dining room is large enough to provide breakfast for all our rooms. We ask guests to ‘sign up’ for a time when they arrive so that we can ensure we are ready to serve you. Breakfast is cooked and served by the owners.
We do not routinely provide evening meals at the B and B as we are blessed with plenty of amazing placed to eat in Grassington and surrounding areas. If you would like to bring something back to eat at the B and B you can do so in the dining room. Facilities are provided.
We provide packed lunches for any guest for £6. This includes a sandwich of your choice, crisps, fruit, something sweet and a drink. We ask guests to book this in advance.
Guests can email or telephone prior to their stay. During the stay guests can simply text, knock on the door or phone. We can then meet the needs of our guests.
We can launder your clothes for a contribution to our bills. We have a small drying rack and tumble dryers for wet clothes. In the summer we have a washing line!
We are taking the following steps to reduce waste and be kinder to our environment by:
• Minimising the need for single use waste eg coffee / tea / condiment sachets.
• Providing toiletry dispensers in the showers rather than wasteful single use soaps and shampoos.
• Providing one large towel for single night stays and additional towels for longer stays.
• Air drying bedding and towels when the weather allows.
• Re-cycling bottles / plastics left in the room.
